The Y.S.S group's goal this semester is to reach out
to people with the three service projects which we are planning. This semester
the group elected positions for group members. Here they are and there
purpose...
President: Julia; Conducts regular
meetings and executive committee meetings, Participate in the Hospitality
Committee, Writes meeting agenda on board.
Vice-President: Sara; Conduct the regular
meetings in the President's Absence, Participate in the Service Committee, Take
pictures of the activities and service projects of the Association and arrange
the pictures on paper for inclusion in the Y.S.S Record Book.
Secretary: Rosie; Conduct the regular
meetings in the absence of the President and Vice-President, Participate in the
Activities Committee, Take minutes of the regular meetings and executive board
meetings, Take roll at the regular meetings.
Event
Coordinator: Jessi; Send reminder emails for meetings, activities, and
service projects, Plans group events outside of group time.
Hospitality: Lara; Greets members as they
arrive to the meetings, Provides snack for members.
Activity
Coordinator(s): Kate + Katie; Helps group plan/choose activities during
group time.
Service
Coordinator(s): Elysa + Emma; Helps group members plan a service
project, Responsible for scheduling the service project..
Historian(s): Kenzie + Kat; In charge of
blog/newsletter, Collects notes from Secretary and pictures from Vice President
to use in blog/newsletter.
